As players may have anticipated by EA referring to these No-Pats as “Experts”, Battlefield 2042 adapts its class-based fighter structure once again for the new iteration of Battlefield.
In Battlefield 2042, players assume the roles of experts in four main categories: Recon, Assault, Support, and Engineer. While classes govern the Experts’ play styles, each individual Expert will have access to a unique skill and trait. Ten experts will be included in the launch, with four of them already announced, one for each class, to reveal unique “skill” tools like scout drones, grappling hooks and more.
Battlefield 2042 is priced at $59.99 on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC, with PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X versions | It’s costing $69.99. The game will not feature a single-player mode at launch, so there will be no campaign, nor will we have a Battleroyale upon launch of the game.
