In Stardew Valley, a Silo is used to store your animals’ food. However, many players do not know how to obtain this structure on their farms. So, we at CodioDesk have decided to make this guide that will teach you how to get a Silo in Stardew Valley!
How to Make a Silo in Stardew Valley
To build a silo in Stardew Valley, you will need to speak to Robin at the carpentry shop and select the option to purchase farm buildings. By clicking on the option to buy farm buildings, you can find the silo by clicking on the arrow at the bottom of the menu. After that, you can buy and build a Silo with the following resources below.
- 100 Gold
- 100 Stones
- 10 Clays
- 5 Copper Bars
Once built, your silo will be able to store up to 240 hays, and you can increase that amount by cutting grass with a scythe or buying Marnie’s hay for 50 gold and harvesting wheat. We recommend getting a silo as your first building, as you can collect hay easily before putting any animals in the game, which makes things a little easier when you go to feed them.
Stardew Valley is an endless RPG of country life! You inherited your grandfather’s old farm in Vale do Orvalho. Equipped with second-hand tools and a few coins, you will start your new life.
Since Joja Corporation came to town, the old ways of life have almost disappeared. The Community Center, once the most visited place in the city, is now in ruins. But the valley seems full of opportunities. With a little dedication, you can be the person who will restore the greatness of the Dew Valley!
